I am Shibin Sebastian, an entrepreneur with a deep passion for agricultural farming. I hold a Master of Business Administration from Kannur University and began my professional journey with leading multinational companies, including Vodafone (now Vi) and TATA. I served as an Assistant Manager at TATA before choosing to pursue my entrepreneurial ambitions. Alongside my professional career, I am also a certified martial artist, holding a 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate awarded by the Funakoshi Shotokan Karate Association – India. This discipline has shaped my commitment, focus, and resilience in both business and life.
In 2021, I founded WellChoice™, marking my entry into the agriculture sector with a vision to contribute to sustainable and impactful farming practices.
At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to transforming agriculture into a more sustainable, eco-friendly, and farmer-friendly system. We focus on promoting organic farming practices that not only improve soil health but also ensure long-term productivity and profitability for farmers.
We actively engage with farming communities across Kerala through awareness programs, seminars, and hands-on training sessions. Our goal is to equip farmers with practical knowledge and modern organic cultivation techniques that are both effective and cost-efficient.
Our expertise is strengthened through specialized training from Kerala Agricultural University (KAU) Mannuthy, including programs in Integrated Nutrition Management and Carrier-Based Biofertilizer Technology. This enables us to guide farmers in adopting scientifically backed, sustainable agricultural practices.
We believe that empowering farmers with the right knowledge and resources is the key to building a healthier ecosystem and a sustainable agricultural future. Through continuous learning, field-level support, and a passion for organic farming, we strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of farmers and the environment.
In addition, I am involved in distributing cost-effective, advanced organic fertilizers throughout Kerala, supporting farmers in improving productivity while maintaining soil health and environmental balance. My goal is to contribute to the sustainable development and long-term success of the farming community.
